Our Brow Extensions last up to 10 days on the skin and up to 6 weeks on the hair. To ensure optimum durability, correct pre-treatment and the right care routine for your client are crucial. We explain both in detail in our online training course.
You can treat up to 7 clients with one pack of Brow Extensions, or even more if necessary. It always depends on how many hairs you apply.
As with normal eyelash extensions, allergies can also occur with brow extensions. If you have already noticed an allergic reaction to traditional eyelash glue in a customer, you should not carry out any treatment. Otherwise, you still have the option of a patch test. If your client already wears eyelash extensions, for example, then it can be assumed that she can probably also wear brow extensions without any problems. Roughly speaking, the following should be noted:
1. avoid contact of the eyebrows with water during the first 24 hours after treatment to ensure optimal development and adhesion of the extensions.
2. avoid self-tanning, sauna and solarium for at least the first 3 days after the treatment, as they can affect the durability of the extensions.
3. avoid exfoliating the eyebrow area to prevent premature removal of the extensions and promote durability.
4. gently cleanse the eyebrows with a mild cleanser to help the extensions stay in place on the skin and hair.
5. do not apply sunscreen to the eyebrows so as not to impair the durability of the extensions.
6. avoid products containing oil on and around the eyebrows to prevent premature detachment of the extensions.
7. avoid rubbing the eyebrows vigorously to prevent hair damage and premature detachment of the extensions.
8. after bathing in salt or chlorinated water, rinse the eyebrows immediately with clear water, as salt and chlorinated water can attack the glues.
This is possible without any problems. First carry out the Brow Lift or lamination, then the Brow Extensions treatment. This way, you know in which direction your client’s natural hairs will end up before the brow extensions and can achieve a more uniform look.
