Yes, we ship worldwide. Delivery within Germany usually takes 1–2 business days. Shipping to Austria, Switzerland, and all other EU countries takes approximately 3–5 business days. Worldwide deliveries outside of Europe take approximately 7–10 business days.

The online course is available in German, English, Italian, French, and Spanish.

It is an LED light, not a UV light. It is white LED light with only 5% UV content.

The drying time is between 1 – 1.5 Sec. It is therefore slightly slower than our other Beam Light systems or corresponds to the speed of the classic Beam Light System S6 with the regular Beam Light adhesive.

In principle, you can use all Beam Light adhesives, but we recommend the Arctica lash adhesive. Its drying time is approx. 1 – 1.5 Sec. Alternatively, you can also use the Super Fast or Purple Power lash adhesive, both of which also have a drying time of approx. 1 – 1.5 Sec. If you use the classic Beam Light lash adhesive or the Black Velvet adhesive, the drying time is around 3.5 to 4 seconds. Therefore, we recommend the first three products for working with Arctica.

The wavelength is 405 nanometers.

Yes, the foot pedal is quieter than the one on the S6 lamp because we redesigned it. There is no more clicking sound.

Yes, you can replace the lamp head at any time.

You will receive access to the training once your package has been shipped, not immediately after placing your order. After dispatch, you will automatically receive an email with the training link. Alternatively, after shipping, you can log into our website, go to your profile area, and click on “Courses.” Please make sure to order with a customer account and not as a guest. If you have any questions, our customer service team is always happy to help.

You will receive your certificate after successfully completing the training and submitting two of your works, which will be reviewed and approved by our Master Technicians.

Yes, we recommend using a primer for optimal retention. Ideally, use our Beam Light Primer. If you use another primer, make sure it contains alcohol. Alcohol-free primers are not suitable for this technique.

Removal is done as usual using the banana peel technique with tweezers during the refill appointment. If you want to remove the lashes completely, you can use a remover as usual. We recommend our Beam Light Remover for this.

Our system is tested and safe! Before use, you must read and follow the user manual and all safety instructions. That’s it!

If you follow our safety instructions, it does not harm the eyes! You just need to make sure that neither you nor your client looks directly into the light. This does not happen when the system is used correctly, as the lamp shines from above onto the closed eyelid and never directly into the eye.

You as the stylist also have no direct eye contact with the light and are additionally protected by our Beam Light UV400 safety glasses.

In short: follow all the safety instructions printed in the manual and you and your client are safe!

The adhesive should be stored in the supplied adhesive pouch to protect it from UV light. It should also be stored in a cool and dry place – but never in the fridge.

When stored correctly, the adhesive lasts 6 months. When unopened, it lasts 1 year.

Yes, our Beam Light system works with all types of lashes, regardless of the brand. Whether mink lashes, silk lashes, cashmere lashes, easy fan lashes, flat lashes, pre-made fans & more!

No problem at all! The adhesive is perfect for self-fanning. It doesn’t climb up the lashes, creates a beautiful slim base, and keeps the fan nicely open!

There are several options.

1. Use the Beam Light 2.0 headlamp.

2. Tilt your client’s head to the side.

3. Change your position accordingly.

4. Get a second lamp and use one per eye. Control the right lamp with your right foot, and the left one with your left foot. This is the most popular option when applying lashes alternately.

However, lash-to-lash application is the easiest option with the Beam Light system: thanks to the immediate curing of the adhesive, you can move straight to the next lash without worrying about them sticking together.

No worries, you won’t have any issues with that.

The adhesive works great even with oil contact. However, rubbing and friction should still be avoided!

Our system works perfectly with any technique: whether classic 1:1, pre-made fans, volume, or mega volume.

You can remove the lashes as usual with a regular remover – no worries!

Wearing the safety glasses is not mandatory, so you can use our system with magnifying glasses instead. The reason is simple: the safety glasses are an optional safety gadget but not strictly required.

Why? You just need to avoid looking DIRECTLY into the light. But why would you do that? As you can guess – there’s no reason for it. You’d literally have to hold the lamp head right in front of your eye, which makes no sense. The lamp shines downward in normal use and doesn’t contact your eyes. That’s why safety glasses are not absolutely necessary.

The approximate lifespan of the lamp is an incredible 30,000 hours!

Yes, you should shake the adhesive for about 30 seconds to make sure the ingredients are well mixed.

Our experience shows that up to 8 out of 10 clients who previously had an allergy and could no longer wear lashes are symptom-free with our Beam Light system. In other words, they no longer have allergic reactions.

In rare cases, an allergy may still occur – these are extremely sensitive clients. So while we cannot guarantee 100% allergy-free results, our system has shown high effectiveness for many clients!

Although this is a UV LED system, our adhesive still contains cyanoacrylate. During our extensive testing, we found that completely cyanoacrylate-free adhesives can be produced, but they perform poorly in practice. Curing would be more difficult and slower. In addition, the room would need to be heavily darkened so that the bonding point doesn’t cure too early.

With our adhesive, these issues don’t occur. Curing happens instantly, and there is no need to darken the room.

The lamp head should be about 10–15 cm away from the natural lashes, and the bonding point should be at the center of the light beam.

The light is activated with a foot pedal, allowing you to keep both hands free for your work.

Treatment of pregnant or breastfeeding individuals should only be done after prior consultation with a doctor. In case of doubt, treatment should be avoided.

The system should not be used if the treated person has any of the following symptoms in the eye area where the light may shine: abrasions, keloids or unhealed scars, herpes, psoriasis, other infectious or inflammatory skin diseases, fungal infections, wounds, sunburn, neurodermatitis, or skin cancer.

The system should also not be used if the user or treated person has any of the following conditions:

Thyroid disorders, epilepsy, polymorphic light eruption, photosensitivity, radiation or chemotherapy, hemophilia. If IPL or laser treatments were performed in the treatment area within the last 21 days, or if surgical procedures were done in that area within the past 3 months.

The system should not be used if the user or treated person is taking photosensitizing medications such as neuroleptics, systemic dermatologics, antiepileptics, antihistamines, cytotoxic substances, antipsychotics, non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, photosensitizing substances (PDT), vitamin A derivatives (retinoids), or suffers from lupus erythematosus, a photosensitive eczema in the treatment area, or albinism.

You can use standard adhesive pads, but not transparent ones or glass surfaces. Glass can reflect daylight and cause the bonding point to cure prematurely.

The LEDs in the lamp last up to 30,000 hours.
